Frustrations: Canada and beyond.
I want everyone who is still talking about the election and what “could” have been to shut the hell up. If your party lost a seat as a result of vote-splitting or non-voting or whatever, then your party did not appeal to the voter enough. People do not vote for a party they absolutely disagree with, unless they really hate themselves.
So, if your party did not do as well as you would have liked, you can only blame yourself. Your party did not appeal to enough people. You lost. It was your job to convince people how they can take part in building a better Canada and a better world, and you failed.

Stephen Harper must tell us what he is going to do about the financial crisis. Simply telling us that he is going to meet with other leaders who might have an answer is not enough. Because those leaders likely are going to come to him with the same question.
I don’t like the idea of a group of people meeting, likely behind closed doors, to discuss the future of the world without giving the people of earth a couple of the agenda. We damn well better get the minutes of the meeting. And we sure as hell better be asked our opinion.
If Stephen Harper makes a decision on behalf of Canada, then he is not doing his job. He is doing every MP’s job. And no one voted for him to have that right.
Don’t let Harper and the Conservatives determine Canada’s future or that of the world. It is everyone’s job to do that, and the MPs job to represent us.
